A witness to a fatal shooting in The Woodlands area has been released from ICE detention. The individual, Jose Trinidad Rojas Pliego, was a passenger in a van when the incident occurred. He was one of three passengers in the van at the time of the shooting, which was carried out by an ICE agent.
