Houston Proposition A: What the marijuana enforcement and no-knock warrant measure would do

Houston voters will decide Proposition A, the Houston Freedom Act, on November 3, 2026. The proposed charter amendment addresses misdemeanor marijuana enforcement, no-knock search warrants and police transparency without legalizing marijuana.
